PeachMuse is operated by Playpeach LLC. These terms explain the rules for using the service and buying Peaches. For account or payment questions, contact support@play-peach.com.
Eligibility
You must be an adult, use the service only where it is lawful, and maintain a single account in good standing.
Your references
You may choose a photo, artwork, or generated character. Every depicted person must be clearly 18 or older. You must have the right to use the image and each depicted real adult’s specific permission for the intended intimate AI generation. You may revoke a stored reference permission from Account.
Never permitted
- Any real or fictional minor, ambiguous-age subject, or youth-coded sexual presentation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual impersonation without permission, exploitation, trafficking, sexual violence, incest, or sexual content involving animals.
- Attempts to bypass review, launch controls, geographic restrictions, rate limits, or account enforcement.
Scenes, Peaches, and refunds
You can choose a preset scene or create a Freeform video with your photo, prompt, and an optional video reference. Presets have a fixed duration; Freeform lets you choose the duration. Peaches arePeachMuse’s internal virtual currency and are not legal tender. Every 8-second video with image input costs 200 Peaches. Freeform costs 25 Peaches per output second, plus 125 Peaches for an optional reference video of up to 5 seconds. Presets have fixed durations and prices. The total is shown before submission. Technical failures, safety blocks, and eligible cancellations restore reserved Peaches exactly once. Payment refunds and chargebacks are reflected in the Peach ledger.
Extra Peaches
Subscribers with an active paid period can buy one-time Peach packs in Telegram Stars. Each top-up expires 60 days after confirmed payment. It does not renew or change your plan or renewal date. Pack quantity and Stars total are shown before checkout. Cash costs to buy Stars vary. Payment refunds are returned in Stars and the corresponding Peaches are revoked.
Plans and Peaches
Monthly Telegram Stars plans renew automatically every 30 days at the exact Stars charge shown before payment until canceled. Each allowance is valid for 60 days, including one extra 30-day carryover period. An annual Telegram purchase does not automatically renew and is paid in full upfront and includes 12 monthly allocations, beginning when payment is confirmed. Later allocations arrive on the same calendar date in UTC, or the last day of a shorter month. Each allowance expires on the next allocation date; the last expires at the end of the annual period. Annual per-month prices are equivalents, not monthly charges. Unused annual allowances do not carry over. Your account must remain active and in good standing.
The exact Stars charge is shown before checkout. Advertised USD plan prices are separate from your cash cost to buy Stars, which may be higher due to country, taxes, purchase method and payment fees. Telegram shows that final cash price. A Telegram Premium subscription is not required. Select Card with Telegram to open your plan invoice. The invoice belongs to your signed-in PeachMuse account; Telegram identifies the payer when the invoice is confirmed. Buying Stars alone does not purchase Peaches: you must pay the PeachMuse invoice. Peaches are added only after payment is confirmed. Use /paysupport or Support for payment help and refund requests. Playpeach LLC handles purchase issues. Confirmed Telegram refunds return Stars to the payer, revoke the purchase’s remaining Peaches and stop future allocations.
Existing recurring Telegram plans keep the terms accepted at their original checkout: renewal every 30 days and a 60-day allowance lifetime. Cancel their renewal on the Peaches page or through /cancel in the bot. A new prepaid offer does not change an existing subscription.
Card plans renew monthly or yearly at the price and cadence shown in checkout until canceled. Annual per-month prices are equivalents: the full yearly amount is charged upfront. Cancel renewal from your plan or contact support@play-peach.com. Annual card plans credit the full year’s Peaches after confirmed payment; these expire 13 months after the start of the paid year. Each paid monthly refill remains usable during that billing month and the following billing month. Remaining credits from that refill expire at the start of the third billing month. Canceling renewal does not extend or shorten those expiry dates. Previous one-time purchases and balances held before monthly plans were introduced do not expire.
We use the Peaches expiring soonest first. Failed or eligible canceled videos restore their recorded Peach cost. Returned Peaches retain their original expiry; if they expired while the video was being created, the return is usable for one calendar month. Peaches funded by a reversed payment are not restored. Moderation and appeals
References and outputs may be reviewed, rejected, blocked, or removed. Ambiguous age means rejection. Account restrictions and content decisions are auditable. Use Support to appeal a decision or request billing help; use the safety form for suspected minors or non-consensual content.
