How do I pay with Telegram?
Choose a plan, then select Card with Telegram in the popup to open your invoice. You do not need to connect Telegram first.
Payment has two steps: buy Stars in Telegram or through the official @PremiumBot with your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available, then spend those Stars on the PeachMuse invoice. Already have enough Stars? Just pay the invoice. A Telegram Premium subscription is not required. See the step-by-step tutorial.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Crypto checkout is not currently available. Select Card with Telegram to pay using Stars. Telegram handles your payment details; PeachMuse does not receive your card number.
How soon will my purchased Peaches appear?
Peaches are added after your invoice payment is confirmed. Return to PeachMuse to see your balance. If your payment is still being checked, allow a few minutes and check Payment and Peach activity below. You do not need to pay again.
Why are my Peaches missing after paying with Telegram?
Buying Stars only adds Stars to your Telegram balance. You still need to pay the PeachMuse invoice with them to receive Peaches. Check your Telegram transaction history for a payment to PeachMuse, then check Payment and Peach activity below.
If Telegram shows a completed payment but your Peaches are missing, contact support with your receipt or transaction ID. Please do not pay again while we check it, or share your card details or Telegram login code.
How do monthly and annual billing work?
Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days until canceled.Annual card plans are charged yearly and renew until canceled. Your full year of Peaches is credited after payment. The per-month price is an equivalent; the full annual total is shown before payment.
How long are my plan and Peaches valid?
Monthly plans refill every 30 days. Each refill lasts 60 days, giving you one extra month to use any remaining Peaches.
Annual card plans add all your Peaches upfront. They expire 13 months after the start of the paid year. Check Payment and Peach activity for exact expiry dates. Existing balances keep their original expiry dates.
How can I stop my subscription from renewing?
Select Cancel renewal in your plan on this page and confirm. Your remaining Peaches keep their expiry dates after cancellation.
Canceling an annual card plan stops the next yearly charge. Your remaining Peaches keep their expiry dates.
How do I deactivate my PeachMuse account?
Open Account, expand Account data, then choose Deactivate account. This cancels subscriptions, stops running generations, signs you out, and blocks access, including to remaining Peaches. Your account, media, and credit history stay stored; signing up again does not reset free offers. To request account and data deletion, email support@play-peach.com.
How much does a video cost?
An 8-second video uses 200 Peaches. Freeform costs 25 Peaches per second, plus 125 Peaches if you add a reference video. Each preset has a fixed duration and price. You always see the total before creating.
What if a video fails?
Its Peaches return after the failure or eligible cancellation is confirmed. If those Peaches expired while the video was being created, you get another month to use the refund. Peaches from a reversed payment cannot be restored.
