Starter includes 6 × 8-second videos every 30 days, Studio 30, and Pro 60. An 8-second video uses 200 Peaches; 5, 10 and 15-second lengths are priced per second. Annual plans multiply everything by 12.

If a creation asks for a photo, use a clear, front-facing image of an adult, with their explicit permission. Some creations ask for two photos.

Yes. Generated videos come with sound.

Yes. We store the images you upload so we can generate your video and let you reuse photos you choose to save. Your images are kept in private storage, encrypted at rest with AES-256. Transfers toPeachMuse use HTTPS. Saved photos stay available until you delete them; temporary uploads are eligible for cleanup after seven days unless an active generation still needs them.

Your uploads and generated videos are private to your account. We do not put them in a public gallery. Our systems and authorized team members can access content where needed to operate the service, handle support, or investigate safety issues. This is encrypted storage, not end-to-end encryption.

PeachMuse does not sell your private photos or videos, publish them for advertising, or use them to train models. Generating a video is processed by PeachMuse’s video-generation model. Read our privacy page for details.

Yes. Remove saved photos in Saved photos, temporary references in its Other uploads menu, and completed videos in your Library. Deleting a photo does not delete videos already made with it. You can export your account data or request account deletion in Account. Some billing and safety records may need to be retained. Contact support for help with a privacy request.

PeachMuse is for adults aged 18 or over. Only upload images of adults when you have the rights and their explicit permission for the intended use. Content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited. You can report a safety concern or request removal without signing in. See our safety page.

We save your completed videos in your private Library so you can come back, watch them again, and download them without generating them again. You can delete videos when you no longer want them. Download a copy if you want to keep one outside PeachMuse.

Yes. Once your generation has been submitted, it continues in the background. Return to your Library to check its progress and open the result. Creating the same video again starts a separate generation, so check the existing job first.

Open the video in your Library and check its latest status. If it is still stuck, fails, will not download, or does not look right, contact our team or email support@play-peach.com. Include the video or job ID, what happened, and your browser or device. You do not need to resend your private photos. Please check the existing job before starting another paid generation.

Peaches reserved for a generation are automatically returned when the job is confirmed as failed or canceled through the normal recovery process. A job still processing may keep its Peaches reserved until its outcome is known. If your balance looks wrong, contact support with the job ID. Payment refunds and questions about a completed result are reviewed separately.

Choose a plan on the Peaches page, select Card with Telegram in the popup, and pay the invoice using Telegram Stars. The checkout shows the Stars amount and any payment and renewal terms before you confirm. See our Telegram payment tutorial for each step. Stars are purchased through Telegram’s available payment options.

Telegram Stars lets you pay without giving PeachMuse your card details. We do not request your Telegram phone number or contacts. Payments are still linked to your Telegram user ID and PeachMuseaccount, and we retain payment records. Telegram and the service you use to buy Stars may hold identifying and payment information, so we cannot promise complete anonymity.

View your plan and payments on the Peaches page. Monthly plans renew every 30 days until canceled. Annual plans are paid once and do not automatically renew. If a payment is missing, your credits have not appeared, or you want to ask about a refund, contact PeachMusesupport with the order or receipt ID. Avoid paying again while an earlier payment is being checked. Never send your card details, password, or Telegram login code.
